Please read this agreement carefully before using the software

IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee") and DIMA Tools ("Company"). Installing, copying, or otherwise using the accompanying software ("Software") signifies that you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

The Software is licensed, not sold, on a per-user basis.
"User" refers to the individual, entity, or organization whose funds pay the license fee.
"Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing, or displaying the Software.
You may not alter the Software or bypass its licensing or control mechanisms, except where such functionality is expressly provided.
License types
- Personal License: For non-profit, personal use only.
- Business License: Required when the Software is used for commercial gain or other benefit.
If DIMA Tools determines that a Business License is required, it may revoke any Personal License until the Business License fee is paid in full. A Business License cannot be converted to a Personal License; to downgrade, you must first cancel the Business License and then purchase a Personal License.
Licenses are non-transferable to other systems, organizations, or individuals.

2. Ownership

The Software is owned and copyrighted by DIMA Tools. This EULA confers no title or ownership; it merely grants the limited rights expressly stated herein.

3. Software Copyright

The Software and all associated intellectual-property rights are protected by applicable laws and treaties. All rights remain with DIMA Tools and its suppliers. Any copies you make must retain the original proprietary notices.

4. Content Copyright and Ownership

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any images, videos, music, or other content you download or use are lawful. DIMA Tools and its owners, employees, and volunteers accept no liability for your misuse of copyrighted material. The Company claims no intellectual-property rights over the content you download.

5. Reverse Engineering

You must not decompile, reverse-engineer, translate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, in whole or in part.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. DIMA Tools DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in such cases, these exclusions may not apply to you. You may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DIMA Tools OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE, OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE, IF ANY.

8. General Provisions

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and DIMA Tools regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Failure to comply with this EULA automatically terminates your license.
DIMA Tools may revise this EULA at its sole discretion; any updates will be provided in writing.
